Hi Everyone,
The past year has been a serious struggle for the cake business like it has been for all businesses in the hospitality industry. Therefore, the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit policy will be strictly enforced from now on. The number of cancellations and transfer of dates over the past year had me truly one away from quitting the business all together. Even though I have been completely open for business the entire time, I needed to accommodated my clients even to my own detriment. For this reason, I must strictly enforce the no refunds and no transfer policy that has always been in place. I hope everyone understands that this is necessary to be able continue my cake business.
