Regular Cake Orders
  • Deposit: A $50 deposit per cake is required on all orders of $100 or more. A $25 deposit is required on orders less than $100. The initial deposit reserves your event date and is non-refundable (no exceptions). The date is not booked until the deposit is paid. Deposit invoices must be paid through PayPal within 3 days to avoid cancellation. Any changes of style, size, or flavor of the cake must be make at least one week in advance. 
  • Payment:  I accept cash, checks, credit cards (PayPal), and debt cards (Square Cash). There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions. Checks must be received 2 weeks prior to the final payment due date. No Checks will be accepted on the day of delivery. Please make checks payable to Mindy Benny. The final invoice must be paid in full upon delivery of the cake.
Wedding Cake Orders
  • Deposit and Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable (no exceptions). A non-refundable deposit of $50 per cake is required to reserve your wedding date. The date is not booked until the deposit is paid in full. You may cancel your wedding day reservation up until 2 weeks prior to your wedding date and receive a full refund less the $50 deposit. Should cancellation be made within 7 days of the wedding date, you will receive  a 50% refund of the total amount paid. No refunds are granted after 7 days.
  • Changes and Final Payment: I accept cash, checks, credit cards (PayPal), and debit cards (Square Cash). There is a 3% processing fee on all credit card transactions. Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. Checks must be received 2 weeks prior to the final payment due date. *Checks are not accepted on the payment due date.* If full payment is not made by the due date, the order may be cancelled. Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, serving amounts, and design until 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. At that time, everything must be finalized.

Payments are only accepted if you have already received an invoice by email. Refer to your invoice for the balance due. Please include the invoice number or name that the order is under with payment or inform me by email.
